The spacious holiday home, furnished in a rustic style, has a kitchen, a comfortable living room with dining area, a tastefully furnished bedroom, and a wonderful seating area on the lovingly designed courtyard terrace. Of course, the large communal roof terrace can also be used at any time. The holiday home is on the ground floor, the bedroom faces the inner courtyard. From here you can also access the courtyard terrace directly. The small living room window offers a partial sea view and faces the country road. The flat screen TV has satellite reception with around 450 international channels - including BBC World News and CNN - as well as antenna reception with the usual Spanish TV channels by switching on the remote control, most of which can be switched to the original language (which mostly is English).

If you choose the standard booking option, we will contact you as soon as possible so that you can pay the invoice amount by bank transfer. If you have a guaranteed booking, please enter valid credit card details (please make sure that you have sufficient funds on your credit card account). Please also note that after the booking has been made, a refund of payments already made is excluded. The reservation is only valid after full payment, not within a few days, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice.

Check-in from 16:00h (4 p.m) or after consultation - Extra charge for arrivals after 21:00h (9 p.m.): 25.00 € (or after consultation). If you arrive later than 9 p.m. it's necessary to give us a short call when you leave the airport (after you have rented the car). For late arrivals please contact us quite in time.
