During the booking process, you can choose between standard and guaranteed booking. If you choose the standard booking option, we will contact you as soon as possible so that you can pay the invoice amount by bank transfer. If you have a guaranteed booking, please enter valid credit card details (please make sure that you have sufficient funds on your credit card account). Please also note that after the booking has been made, a refund of payments already made is excluded. The reservation is only valid after full payment, not within a few days, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice.

Prices quoted are valid for stays from 5 nights (20 December to 10 January from 7 nights). For shorter stays the prices are higher. Please check the prices for shorter stays in our direct booking.

In all of our apartments (incl. the studio), our guests will find for their trouble-free holiday start the following utensils:
- 1 big and 1 small towel per person
- Bed linen
- Shower mat
- Shower gel
- Hand soap
- 1 roll of toilet paper
- Dish soap
- 1 rag
- 1 dish sponge
- 1 kitchen roll
Crockery, cutlery, plates, pans, cooking pots, cups and glasses are naturally present in the apartments.
- Free change of towels every 5 days
- Additional change of towels 3.00 € per towel
- Waste disposal: every 2 days
- WiFi gratis
- Check-in from 16:00h (4 p.m) or after consultation - Extra charge for arrivals after 21:00h (9 p.m.): 25.00 € (or after consultation). If you arrive later than 9 p.m. it's necessary to give us a short call when you leave the airport (after you have rented the car). For late arrivals please contact us quite in time.
